Auto Renewal
Auto renewal charges on renewal. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before renewal. Notifications are sent before processing auto-renewal. If the policy price changes, you'll be informed and can opt-out.
Suspend Policies
Missed payments may lead to policy suspension. Policies remain suspended until the required payment is made. Outstanding payments must be settled within specific periods to avoid policy cancellation.
Card Refusals
Card refusals are typically by your bank or card issuer. Contact them if you encounter payment issues.
Receipts
Confirmation of payment appears on-screen post-payment, with an email confirmation. If booking by phone, customer service provides confirmation.
